Water-soluble pastel or oil pastel, which set do I want?

Oil pastel is waxy and drags; it blends, but it stays textured and opaque. Water-soluble pastel is softer, more transparent, and dissolves into gradients. If you want strokes that stay visible, oil pastel. If you want strokes that melt into each other, this set.

How do the smudge brushes work?

Select the Smudge tool in Procreate, then pick Cotton Swab Smudge or Bristle Brush Smudge from this set. Cotton Swab gives smooth gradients; Bristle keeps some stroke marks in the blend.

Can I use these brushes in work I sell?
