Affiliate Program Agreement
1. Program Overview
This affiliate program allows you to earn commissions by promoting Esther Nariyoshi’s Procreate brushes through your personalized affiliate link or coupon code. By participating, you agree to promote our products in an ethical and honest manner.
2. Commissions
Affiliates earn a standard commission of 20% on all successful referral orders. Top-performing affiliates may qualify for a 30% commission at the discretion of the Program Manager. Commissions are calculated based on the final sales price, excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds. If a product is on sale, your commission will reflect the discounted price. For example, if a product is originally $20 but is on sale for $15, your commission will be based on the $15 sale price.
3. Payouts
Payouts are processed 30 days after a successful referral order to account for any refunds or cancellations. Payments will be made via [specify payment method, e.g., PayPal]. There is no minimum payout threshold, so you will be paid for every sale, no matter the amount. Payouts are made automatically according to the schedule set within the affiliate portal.

As long as no other affiliate link or coupon is used, the sale will be attributed to you, and you will receive the commission. If the customer uses a different affiliate's link or coupon, the commission will go to the most recent affiliate.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to use their own creativity to promote the brushes. Share your personal experiences, create tutorials, or showcase your art to connect with your audience. There are no official promotional materials provided, and you are welcome to craft your own content as long as it accurately reflects the product. Unethical or misleading advertising is prohibited and may result in termination of your affiliate account.
6. Advertising Restrictions
The following promotional methods are prohibited:
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages or emails.
- Misleading Claims: Making false claims about the product or misrepresenting its features.
- Bidding on Trademarks: Using Esther Nariyoshi’s brand name or trademarks in paid search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads) without prior approval.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
7. Refunds
If a customer requests a refund within the eligible period, your commission for that sale will be deducted from your balance.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If you choose to terminate, you will still receive payment for any qualifying sales made prior to termination.
9. Liability
The Program Manager, Esther Nariyoshi, is not responsible for any damages, losses, or interruptions to tracking due to third-party services. Participation in the program is at your own risk.
10. Modification of Terms
The Program Manager reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to affiliates, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, arbitration, in accordance with Michigan law.
By applying for the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this agreement.
