Are these stamps?

No. They're drawing brushes. A stamp places one fixed shape per tap; these fill a stroke with speckle and build up when you go over an area. If you want tap-to-place ink splatters, see the Inky Stamp Brushes.

Do they work at any brush size?

Yes. Small sizes give tight grain, large sizes give open spray.

Can I use these brushes in work I sell?

No. Every brush works with any Apple Pencil. Apple Pencil Pro adds barrel roll on the sets that support it.
